EB1OR and AC21

if one has EB1OR I-140 approved and 180 days passed filling 485 then is it possible to change job? or what happens if the person is laidoff then can he/she find another similar job and continue the AOS or has to start the whole GC process again??

NO offical guidelines yet but AC21 says with 485 pending for more then 180 days with aproved 140 a person can switch to similar job does't matter which category he filed for. But you have to prove your job duties are same as was with the employer who sponsered u .
