EB1EA to I485- rereview?

I have a general questions.

While looking into I-485 based on EB1-EA, does or can USCIS look again into all the criteria and send RFE or denial saying that applicant did not fulfil EB1_EA criteria to begin with , revoking already approved I -140?

Generally speaking, no.

They mainly focus on two issues when they process a 485 application:

1) You should submit evidence that you always have been on status.

2) You have to submit evidence that you are still doing the same type of work.
