EB1dates: which one to trust?

Hi!
My friend has filed his EB1-OR (I-140) in November 2004 at NSC.
The letter from NSC and online check says that its taking 150-180 days to process this type of application.

but as you all can see the NSC is now screening cases of JUNE 2003 as per there records at website.

which one shd we trust?

to add here he got EAD as per time frame mentioned in letter.

kind suggestions from experience people will give lot of boost.

The number on their webpage is the one which is somehow accurate.

In this forum itself i have seen people discussing approved NSC cases after JUNE 2003. If NSC is processing cases for 2003 how come they are getting approve dfro later dates (of 2004). In additon can anyone explains why NSC is slowest of all? do we expect heavy jump soon ?

I am convinced the dates are meaningless.
