I worked as a manager in India from 2018-2021 and In 2021 I came to US. In 2024 end or 2025, I might get a change to manage resources in US. WIll I be eligible to apply for EB1C in this case? As 3 years before coming to US, I worked as a manager. Also I already hold a priority date of may 2023 from my EB2, I think I can port the EB2 to EB1. Do you see any issues here. Can you please discuss this topic in our todays call ?
