EB1C. The I-140 Approved, but I-485 pending. Any impact if client and location may change but Employer and Job Role remains same.

@Rajiv S. Khanna Sir kindly provide your guidance. The employer and job role did not change, but while I140 has been approved, but I-485 is pending, can we switch the project ? Generally after a project ends, both Client and Location may change. Will it delay further and may impact the decision ?
