EB1C (Multinational Exec) chaning job after GC

I got my GC sometime back under EB1 (Multinational Exec / Mgr) category. My questions are:

1. How soon can I leave my current (sponsoring) employer? I have worked with this employer for 8 years including 6 years in India. But it has been less than 6 months since I got my GC.

2. I was transferred to US under L1A.

3. When I switch jobs, does the future job need to be of "same or similar" nature? In other words, my question is that do I always have to search for a managerial job or can I also do purely technical job?

Appreciate everyones response.

1) There are risks involved if you switch before 6 months. Check out the million other threads on this topic. Your time spent with employer before GC does not matter. You can spend 30 years working for them before GC but it is still not safe to leave before 6 months of GC
2) L1A, H1B, F1 does not matter once you get your GC
3) Future job does not need to be of same or similar nature. You are free to choose any job or no job.

What are the risks involved before leaving employer before 6 months?
1. Is it loosing GC if employer complains?
2. Will it make difficult to get US citizen?
Any example?
I hope for EB1 GC is conversion of L1A/H1B to GC as the primary requirement for this to work at offshore office for some time as manager and again applicant is also working with the same capacity in US. So might not be true for EB1.

No one knows the effect of leaving employer sooner after GC. No casesd reported elsewhere.

But, previously one guy named "Joef" was incharge to scare people about this. Now he retired and Hipka has taken incharge.
