EB1b outstanding researcher case, pls help

I submited 140/485 07/2005, 140 was approved last Nov. Based on the retrogression, my category is on 07/2004. Does that mean in about a year, my case will be dealt with and I will get response in a year also? Thanks.

Assuming that you mean that dates are now July 2004 for you category.....which mataches with dates for CHINA in MAY bulletin......looking at trend the dates are moving for Eb1 category...you dates will arrive by JULY 2006.....so ideally they shd check ur application in JULY 2006. As you read littl ebit more you will find that there are sevaral other factor associated with the approval/response too...

That's what I mean. Which other factor was associatedwith approval/response? Will that take time? Thanks for your response!
 
The other factors include
FP/FBI check/IBIS check/NAme check...etc etc........if they all are done by the respective responsible agencies....then you will be lucky enough to get response/approval ....
