My EB1B I-140 had been pending at TSC since Nov 26, 2008. I filed for I-485 in the first week of July at Nebraska. On July 14th my I-140 was approved at TSC and on July 16th the I-485 receipt notice was mailed from TSC and not Nebraska. On July 23rd the FP notice was mailed and I have my FP appointment next week.
I have a suspicion that filing I-485 triggered action on the pending I-140 case. Does the above chain of events suggest that my case might be part of the PLUS program? How long will it take for I-485 approval after FP assuming there is no RFE?
