Hello Immig-gurus!
I am putting together a self-petition for my EB1A and NIW. I am curious to know if the reference letters can have the "To:" address simply as "To: USCIS Service Center" without the name of the specific service center (like Texas Service Center or Nebraska Service Center)? If possible, I want to keep my options open to file either at NSC or TSC..., or does'nt the to address really not matter at all...? Thanks!
