Guys take a look at my case and please advice me -
1) Educational qualifications - 2 MS degree in IT SECURITY.Research experience of 3 yrs in reputed company.My field also includes investigating cyber crimes,penetration testing,securing national and international MNCs database,networks,systems etc...(so i can prove that my field will benefit us economy)
2)Achieved highest award for excellence in IT SECURITY field -- LPT
This award is highest achievement by any person in my field.Currently only few people in world have achieved this award.This award also automatically gives licence to person to open up IT SECURITY penetration consultancy or company internationally.Award is given by US association related to IT SECURITY field -- EC COUNCIL. NSA AND US GOVT ALSO RECOGNIZES THIS AWARD AND MEETS THE US STANDARDS.
3) MEMBER OF ASSOCIATIONS - EC-COUNCIL TIGER TEAM -only few people are allowed for this membership(around 45-50 around the world).The association members work together as an international leader for penetration and IT SECURITY.
other memberships - IEEE and sigma Xi
4)MY CONTRIBUTIONS -
LPTs usually in this field have great contributions.I have research exp of 3 yrs in EC COUNCIL.My research works have been represented in many conferences around the world.My work has 115 (about) citasions.I also hold 1.5 yrs another work experience.2 patents about my tech work are filed.Many companies are using my technology in their biz.(about 5-6).Around 11-12 letters of recommendation from industry experts from ec-council,other mnc from us-uk-india.I have also got 3 travel grants,2 merit awards (internationally accepted) and won some competition org. by leading mnc like microsoft,google etc..
5)judge -- I have judge for some ceh,chfi projects at international level.I have also reviewed many scholorly articles in IT SECURITY field(around 12).I am also member of reviewing team.Project reviewer of many engineering colleges
6)scholorly articles - published 37 articles in 4 yrs and author of 2 books (mini).Many articles of mine have been peer reviewed.
7)PUBLISHED MATERIAL ABOUT ALIENS WORK
My work has been normally published many times in leading newspapers,tv channel and IT SECURITY magazines.
About 5 articles published in newspapers all displaying my name and work.
1 local tv channel guest(in india) for explaining youth about IT SECURITY
(But main problem is that launguage used is not english in that TV show)
( still i can dub it and show dvd of tv show)
3 website publishing about my work.
ROLL OF HONOUR GIVEN BY EC-COUNCIL
Many intervies of mine published in leading newspapers like "THE TIMES OF INDIA" and IT SECURITY magazines.
8)ROLE OF ALIEN IN ORG.
Can get sufficient evidence about my role and work duties in org. like ec-council and microsoft ( security section )
My boss can also write about my role.
9) high salary - I have a job offer in usa and ready to give me good salary
180k/yr.While other ceh,chfi have less salary.(Industry average is 107k/yr).
Can prove this with relative examples.
10) display of alien work in exhibition - My work was displayed in many IT SECURITY fair (not sure how to satisfy uscis in this point)
I think out of 1-10 displayed above "1 is compulsory" - that it will benefit us economy and out of 2-10 any 3 are needed.But if 4 are satisfied that my case will be strong.
so please answer that how is my case and my chances to satisfy 4 point from 2-10.
(Industry demand in usa with LPT skills is more than its supply.So many vacancies are there requiring LPT skills)
p.s - LPT is award and a licence both.
