Congratulations. Did you wind up using that RFE kit you mentioned a few months ago?

Alexk,

I have read through your saga about an RFE that questioned every aspect of your application. That was definitely very unpleasant and time-consuming experience for you to basically re-write and re-submit your case. I want to congratualate you with overcoming that difficulty!

That kit was somewhat helpful in addressing several points. But it was absolutely not sufficient for putting response together. As usually, you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately for our budget, if there are many questions in the RFE help of a lawyer may be needed.
