Hi all,

I have received the following RFE from NSC in response to my EB12 I140 petition:

Please submit a complete copy of the actual letter and/or contract from the [my institution's name" to [] pursuant to 8 CFR $204.5(i)(3).

My institution has a policy of renewing offer on an anual basis for EVRYBODY. So, my current reappointment letter is valid until December 31, 2005. My lawyer is trying to figure out a way around this. A number of cases (even recently) have been approved from my institution under the same EB12 category.

Could you please advise how to answer to the RFE? In other words, what sort of a reappointment letter should I ask my institution to prepare (in case they agree)?

July 2003 here..still waiting :) hope they get to mine and all of us waiting with hopes soon
 
any EB1 OR approvals from NSC?

ANy recent approvals of EB1 OR from NSC? I wonder what to do with my case as it has been 175 days since they received my response to rfe. We called NSC in may and they said due to the pending case load, it is taking longer time than they said in their letter. IS there anything else I or my employer could do now to get their decision? Mine is a non concurrent filing.
