Was wondering whether FBI's claim about starting a project to clear up pending name checks from 2002 and 2003 is true. Now that EB1 PD has moved to Feb 2003, are there any EB1s from 2002 still pending for namecheck? Please post if there are any recent EB1 I-485 approvals that were stuck in namecheck for long time.
