Hi Folks,

My ND for I45 Adjustment is May 31st 2002 under EB1 category.. Any ideas of how long it may take to get the good news..

Also does it really matter that you have filed in EB1 rather than EB2/EB3 at 485 Adj stage.. My information is it really does not matter as everyone is in the same pool

Which service center? No, the category should not matter.

Many immigration lawyers post processing times on their website. Chances are, you won't become a PR in 2003.
