HI. Me and my wife we are both artist with very good careers. I have several national and international awards including the guggenheim fellowship. and she has a lot of exhibitions worldwide, publications, etc, etc...my question is this, can we fill two cases separetely. I-140 for me and I-140 for her in order to get at least one approved?? or this is not allowed by INS...
