Congrats embolism. Finally you dont have to go through RFE. It is a great feeling I know. Eventhough you went through lawyer, asked the opinion in the forum which is great. Your first success is the step stone for the next and you deserve this success (your credentials are great). Keep updating your progress. Best of luck for your further steps.

Hi Embolism,

Just a quick question. Did you get an email from CRIS about the approval of I-140 or did you directly get the approval notice via postal mail. And, was there any LUDs after your PP request. Thanks for your answer. I a little worried because, there are no LUDs since 3/15 in my case.

no email from CRIS yet!!! no updates on the website yet!!!
LUD on website: 3/15
Got approval letter in mail: 3/21
I guess the computer guys there dont do it on time

Great. Thanks for your response. Hopefully, many of us who have not gotten any emails or LUDs will get approval notices in post. Good luck again for your I-485.
