Does anyone know if we would need to have the word "permanent" in the new offer of employment (or in the reiteration letter from the employer) in AC21 cases, when you get an RFE at the 485 stage? I have changed employers after an approved 140 (EB1-OR) and in need of a well-formatted letter. Please let me know the wordings stating the permanence of the job. Would contract positions (three years or longer) be good enough, which states that the position is renewable? Thanks.
