Hi,
I just got my Ph.D. in biology, now working as a Postdoc in a biotech company. The company is willing to sponsor my PR either through EB-1 or RIR. Which one is better? I heard that EB1 (outstanding researcher) is getting harder, so I personally want RIR. How fast is RIR these days?
Another drawback is I have to go through the lawyer they pick--I have never been able to talk to the lawyer, not to mention any feedback! Should I get my own lawyer? Any recommendations (in sf bay area).
Thanks a lot.
