I got a RFE (actually RFI, 06/19/2004) for my EB1-OR petition ( TSC, ND 03/12/2003). The RFI asked for a copy of my I-94 showing the NSEERS registration and Fingerprint identification number (The original package did have a copy of the I-94). They received my response on July 2nd and 2004 and since then the online message is showing this
“On July 2, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.”
Is this a standard TSC message for RFE?
Also I checked the gold coversheet they sent with the RFE and it mentioned the Call up date is September 19, 2004. Does anybody have any idea what does a call up date mean?
What is the possibility that I will get another RFE or they have finished processing everything and only waiting for the copy of my I-94.
I really appreciate if anyone can shed some more lights on my case.
