EB1(OR) processing time at NSC

On July 1, 2003 report, NSC is processing cases (EB1-OR) submitted before Jan. 28, 2003. On July 15 report, the time goes back to Nov. 27, 2002. What is this? Anybody who submitted their cases in 2003 got RFE or appoval notice? Thanks for your help.

This data is unofficial. I understand that the date is derived by finding an approval that AILA members have seen with the latest date. But why worry? You talking about what, 2-3 weeks here? Better think about at least 2-year wait should you get to the AOS stage.
