EB1-OR - Possible in Reality?

Hi Folks,

Hoping somone would comment and advise any good lawyers who can represent my EB1-OR petition.

- Phd in Biology, US-University
- Currently working as Scientist
- Have a Job offer from a Top 25 LifeScience Emlpoyer willing to do Eb1-OR paperwork only
- Have 3 first author publications
- Have 3 Citations
- Have 3 Poster Presentations
- 2 Invitations in International Conferences
- Will get 6 Recommendations (none of they are internationally known)
- Reviwed work of ohter Phd students

Do you folks think I have a possible chance of Eb1-OR if the company willing to do my paperwork?

why not

If cost is not an issue, technically it costs only $200, then you should try.

It takes sometime to collect the letters adnd other stuff, but it is worth the try.

The biggest advantage of EB1 is the date is current and if its approved you will get youyr green card faster.

YOu may also consider to send a EB2 with help of a lawyer at the same time, that will cost some amount of money
