I have been tracking the EB1 OR approvals in NSC on trackitt during last few months. I know on trackitt very few people have signed up and it may not be a true representation of the approvals but what I had observed was that up until couple of months ago, there were lot of approvals, with lots of Nov 2007 filers getting approved but now since last month or so, it is almost on a standstill.
Nobody, as per trackitt, from Dec 07 onwards filers at NSC have been approved. Is this true? Or are there few people here who filed during or after Dec 07 and have received approvals/denials?
It will be heartening to see some kind of forward movement. My notice date is in May 2008.
