Eb1 Or Niw?

Hello, everybody:

Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I would like to know if I'm qualified for either EB-1 or NIW. This is my situation:

- This is my 5th year with O1 visa.
- I work in the USA for an important advertising company specialized in the hispanic market.
- I have nearly 14 years experience as advertising creative/copywriter.
- I have 12 awards, all of them obtained in USA.
- One of this awards was given for a campaign that I created to encourage people to consume after september 11th.
- I've been helping with my work to develope Subway Sandwiches chain in Spain and in 4 USA army bases in Europe.
- My ads had been published in prestigous magazines and TV networks.
- I have an advertising degree (3 years) and a business administration degree (3 years).

Do you think I have chances or I'm going to loose my time?

Considering EB1-EA, you should be able to claim

1) Major national or international award
2) Assuming you could produce suitable cover letters, you could claim "critical or leading role" in your company. Remember that you will also need to attach evidence to prove the distinguished reputation enjoyed by your company
3) That's a tough one: If someone wrote about your work in a major newspaper / journal, you could claim this point. Otherwise, you may be able to prove that your work has been displayed in an artistic exhibition

In my opinion, you should be able to get EB1-EA approved if you can produce good evidence and letters. Don't worry about claiming only 3 points, that's all you need to get an approval.
