Here are my qualifications. I ever posted here several months ago.

1) Ph.D. in Engineering in US (2003)

2) Publications when I applied: 9 papers in international leading journals with few citations.

3) Reviewer for seven international journals

4) Membership of an academy which requires recognized achievements.

5) 7 reference letters all from US.
