EB1-OR, Filed by myself, Approved!

Can you post your qualifications?

Congratulations! Can you post your qualifications? And what do you mean by "filed by myself"?

In TSC

As I remembered, there are some guys discussed this problem under "Can I do EB1-OR by myself?" Please check there.
What you needed are your employer\'s support letter and their sign on the I-140 form. You can do the others by yourself.

congratulations! Who signed your I-140?

Since you aplied EB1 OR, technically, there should be someone who signed your I-140 as your employer. Who signed it?

your statement is misleading

Your statement is misleading! You didn\'t petition yourself, your employer did so by signing the I140 form. Without their signature your petition would be rejected. So you cannot say you did EB1-OR by yourself, you should point out that you did the work of an attorney by putting together the application and mailing it to the INS. FYI, there are only two categories where you can sign your own application- EB1-EA and EB2-NIW. And unless you sign your own petition, you cannot claim you did it yourself.
