Hi folks - I would greatly appreciate it if you can evaluate my chances.

1) PhD in computer engineering from US

2) 4 yrs R&D job experience in top semiconductor company
* Three team-excellence awards (top internal award)

3) 8 publications in international conferences (No journals/Books)

4) Approximately 25 citations including journals and books and patents

5) 11 letters of support (all glowing recommendations)
a) 9 from outside of the company (I needed I can add two intenational letters)
- 3 professors in US (one my advisor; two who know me only through my papers; one of them has cited my paper)
- 4 from researchers in Europe (all know through papers/ presentations, and have cited my work, 2 have cited work in details)
- 2 from industry researchers in US (know me through my papers)
b) 2 inside the company
- One is Fellow of the company (top technical position). Also my manager
- One principal engineer with whom I work closely

6) Reviewer for 2 presitgious journals and 2 conference. Reviewed over 12 papers.

7) No Membership of Associations

8) Being applied through lawyers hired by the company

9) Two travel awards during PhD to present my work at PhD forums of top conferences in my research area

10) Presentation at international conferences -> 5 presentations

11) PhD Research sponsored by NSF, DARPA and Air Force Research Labs

12) Used to be member of IEEE and ACM...can join again if needed.
