EB1 or EB2 or EB3 still matters ..

Earlier I had thought in 485 processing they wont go by category, but my assumptions were wrong, a higher ND in EB2 gets approved before EB3 even though EB3 has lower ND. Thats what I am seeing as a proof though.

I wish that were true, but I don\'t think so -- what\'s happening here is that VSC started processing August cases without finishing processing Febr-July cases to conform with ``presidentioal initiatives\'\' to restrict processing to 6 months (most of us read GWB\'s speach in NY). My case: EB1, ND: 03/07/00, FP: 10/2000, no RFE, waiting... go figure...
