EB1-OR Changing Jobs Using 180 Day Rule

Guys,

Have any EB1-OR\'s changed jobs using 180 day rule?

Has anyone tried going from High Tech to a Professorship position?

I don\'t know if this will be allowed, as there is no Labor certificate
saying what the job title is etc.
