EB1 (OR) approved

I am happy to inform everyone that my EB1 (OR) petition has been approved on March 28th. I filed I-485 last week and that might have triggered the approval of I-140. Thanks are due to 'doitrite' for responding to my query on this forum way back in March 2004.

I-140 RD Aug 9 ND Aug 11.

Since you are from AZ, was your application at CSC? Could you please share some more qualification details?

Thanks. You are correct. I applied to CSC. I had 14 publications and 31 citations, an international research fellowship from Germany, ten years post doctoral experience and reference letters from Australia, Taiwan, Scotland, Canada, India (home country) and a few from professors with in the USA. Overall 14 reference letters out of which 6 are from professors who are not associated with me. Good luck in your application.
