My concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485 for EB1-OR got approved last week.
Here are some of my details:
Ph.D from a top university in U.S
More than 5 years of experience
Currently at a large company (> $1 billion revenues)
8 Publications and 200-300 citations of them
Follow up work by more than 4-5 researchers
Worked in DOD funded projects during Ph.D
Research prototypes commerically bought over by large company
8 Letters of recommendation (all of them whom I had worked with)
Served as judge of others for 2 journals & 3 conferences
No membership and awards
My RD: July 2004 and no RFE.
This forum was extremely informative that helped me a lot in assembling
my documents for my petition. Thanks to all the contributors.
