EB1-OR got approved with following dates:
RD: 10/3/00
ND: 10/6/00
AD: 5/17/01
No RFE

I got my EB1-EA approved on May 7, 2001.

congratulations!

I have a question here. You have filed the petitions under two categories (EB1-EA and EB1-OR). So you must have explained the reason why you file more than one category, because they ask for that in I-140 form. Could you tell me how you did for that? I am also going to file two categories (EB1-EA and NIW) soon. Or maybe you could drop me an email at tiger6268@yahoo.com

You don\'t have to explain why you applied through two categories. You just have to mention that you are applying through two categories.
In the cover letter for EB1-OR it was mentioned that we are using the same letters as for EB1-EA, as the criteria for OR are less stringent than EA.

thank you for your reply. But I am not clear about it yet. In I-140 form, Part 4, there is a question: Are you filling any other petitions or applications with this one? if anwer "Yes", attach an explanation. Is that your explanation "we are using the same letters as for EB1-EA, as the criteria for OR are less stringent than EA"?
