I am filing my I-140/I-485 under NIW /OR (breast cancer research). Am in the process of getting reference letters. Have a good law firm advising me ...but it is always good to have somebody who has gone through the process to ask some questions... like how important is Independent References etc. Any advise from from forum members who are at the same stage as me or are ahead of the curve wiill be very very helpful.
