Hi all
I have tried asking this question in other forum..but still looking for the right advice..if any one can suggest some related experience that will be of tremendous help..

I am on H1B since 2002 and my company filed for I 140 C recently.
I have always been in a mangerial /executive role ..and my lawyer belives I am eligible for EB1 C category...
However i understand that most L1A's only file in this category...adn all H1Bs have to got through LC..

does some one here have some thought to share..on this..
also can i parallely file LC as well..just in case rejects 140 saying that i need LC..that will perhaps save time. BUt will it spoil my own case.. for EB1 C?

look forward to someone's experience..

I believe EB-1C is for intercompany transfers where you have worked at least one year for your company outside the US. If you meet this criteria, your present status of H1B or L1 does not matter. It does not make any sense to do LC if you qualifiy for the waiver.
