You know it's not necessary to have a local lawyer. Mine lives 5 blocks away but I've spoken to him only once. I actually know a guy who lived in Boston and used an attorney from Madison, WI, successfully. You might want one with experience dealing with TSC, but as long as he's reliable and trustwothy he doesn't have to be with walking distance. Just my 2c.
