EB1- India -Sept Bulletin -Retrogression?

I know this is far fetched...to guess about USCIS, but what's your opinion for EB1-india for Sept bulletin? will it retrogress (according to USCIS) or become unavailable?

my wife is due for consular processing (PD May 2005),hence worried about the outcome

what happens if it become unavailable, will it go back to current Jan 2006 date after new quota become available in Oct Bulletin?

Well, think positive!!
Even if it get retrogressed it will move fast
even if gets unavaliable it will be till oct 2006 which is not that far away.

there are people who already suffed a lot owing to retrogression and there are people who are suffering for years considering that this wait is nothing!!

ur wife will get CP interview sooner or later in coming few months!!
