EB1 for L1-A visa Holder

Hi,

I have been in US on L1-A visa from last six month. Can i go ahead & file green card on EB1 or I have to wait till i complete 1 year.

No you dont need to. Since you are on L1-A, you must be working more than 1 yr outside US for the same company. The 1 yr limit is for before entering US. As long as you qualify, you can apply for EB1-C Green card and you dont even need to enter US for that.
