Hi,
Here is the case,

I have applied myself and my family GC through company based under EB1 category on May 2013.

Jun 2013, we have completed our finger prints and July I got my GC and my family received Advance Parole which is valid for a year i.e May 2014.

Untill now I dont see any action taken by USCIS on my family case . AP is going to expire soon. I need your advise on below points

1. Do I need to renew / extend Advance parole for my family ?
2. If I have to then how much do I need to pay ?
3. What is the maximum length it take to get the GC for my family under EB1.

Thanks
Prem

Yes they need to reapply for AP if they want to travel abroad while waiting for the GC decision. Should have reapplied a month or two ago.

There is no fee for AP applications which are linked to an I-485 application (unless the I-485 was filed before the Summer 2007 fee changes).

Double-check the expiration date of their AP. It is normally valid for 1 year after its issue date, not one year after the application date. So if applied in May 2013, the expected issue date would be July or August 2013, with expiration one year later in July or August 2014. There is a limit on how early you can apply for renewal (I think 120 days max before the expiration date), so make sure it's not too early.

Thank you for the information, my family AP will be expire on Jun 2014. So I think i should be applying for their renewal.

I am trying to expedite my family EB1 category GC, does anyone know how do i expedite/escalate.

I tried calling USCIS many time with new Technical ticket every time but until now no response on their case.
