My company is a very small company and is not a well-known company such as Motorola/Microsoft . Furthermore, I am the only PhD in my company.
I have five years of research experience (outside India) and 6 years of teaching experience (inside India). But I have an International Silver medal prize for my research and about 12 International conferences, 10 Technical reports in ISO standardization, one IEEE Transactions journal paper and one ISO standard contributions. I will be getting my PhD later this year.
Based on your experiences and knowledge of EB1 processing, can you please tell me if I stand a chance to get my EB1 approved? Or can you give me some typical examples of the experience needed to get EB1?
