Hi! I have more than 10 years of experience in IT industries. I have BS degree in Computer and Mathematics and MS in Mathematics. The position that I hold now is a management one, but salary is not that high. Can my employer sponsor me in EB1 category to apply for Green card.

For Eb-1 salary is not a problem.
Subject back ground is most important.

like publications,awards,memberships in reputed organisations.....etc. If you have any proceed.
EB-1 (EA), EB-1 (OR) one requires Ph.D too,

I don\'t think PhD is a requirement for EB1-OR. Requirement is having
an advanced degree and MS also counts as an advanced degree.
