How to make out under what category (EB1 or EB2 or EB3) the 485 was filed by the attorney?

As far as I understand EB1/2/3 refer to the petition filed, not the change of status.

All these categories EB1/2/3 prevail until LC and I-140 approval only. After that, for I-485 which is just adjustment of Status, no categories, everyone forms a single queue. If you JIT report published by INS, you can see categories for other but not for I-485.
