EB13 EAD need help


I am on L1A and my 140/485 were applied concurruntly on 03/2005. I need to clarify a doubt. Any help is appreciated -

My wife is currently working on EAD thru L2. Should I apply her EAD thru GC, in case I need to change job under AC21 some time later and no longer be on L status. If we apply her EAD thru GC, she would have 2 EADs. One thru L2 and other thru GC. Which one she can use? What are the pros cons of using either EAD?

Hi,

Know of a friend in similar situation.they choose not to apply for her EAD as she already had one valid through late 06 by which they expect 485 approval. In my own case we applied for her EAD through 485 as the one with L2 was was expiring shortly. BTW our RD are very similar Mine is 3/1/05 on Eb1 Manager category and so far we have exactly the same progress. Pls. do update your status when there is a development.
