The regulations pertaining to Extraordinary Ability EB1-EA (8 C.F.R. 204.(5)(h) requires evidence that the alien is coming to the United States to continue work in the area of expertise. Such evidence may include (i) letter(s) from prospective employer(s) or (ii)evidence of prearranged commitments such as contracts, or a (iii)statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how he or she intends to continue his or her work in the United States.
In this regard I want to use option #3 (statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how he or she intends to continue his or her work in the United States). My present boss has also mentioned is his recommendation letter that I am the most important member of his group. He has also mentioned that I play an indispensable role in the resreasch activity of the center.
I want to know, will above suffice the requirements.
