Hi everyone

I have an approved NIW but due to retrogression am planning to apply in EB1-EA.
1-will I be able to use the NIW recos? (may be not)
2-can I say that I am already NIW approved and have these sos ans so qualities above to be classified as EA

-Reviewed one paper
-one US patent
-20+ publications
-43 presentations
-100+ citation index

and comments

I filed the NIW myself and am planning to file EA also as a self petition

yes, but do it with caution

I have used same letter from NIW for EA, but I added lot more independent experts for EA.

I literally re-wrote the cover letter.

I did mention approval notice of NIW I-140 to support national interest. You may have seen my template in another thread.

Thanks

Could you please give me a link to the thread or better still the template itself

Thanks

has any one used reviewers comments to justify work, like "this is paper deals with so and so and reviewer 1 stated that these results have clinical implications..."

any suggestions comments?

Thanks

I used same photocopied letters, but prepared my EB-1 EOA cases solely on EOA theme other than NIW theme I used earlier for filing my NIW case. Both approved.

The contents look like this for my cover letter any suggestions or comments appretiated.
