EB1-EA questions for help?

My first EB1-EA in Texas Serive Center has been approved.

I have moved to California and have another EB1-EA case in CSC on which the decision has not been made.

1. Should I withdraw the second EB1-EA case in CSC? If I withdraw, what kind of message will I receive from CSC?
Will the voice message be updated? Will CSC sends the package back to me or can I ask for it?

2. Can I use the approval notice from TSC to file I_485 in CSC? Even the second EB1-EA in CSC is denied?

Thanks, have a nice day!!!!!!

Hi:

Once your I-140 is approved in EB-1,EA category (as self petitioner), you do not need to apply for another I-140 since it is not dependent on any particular employer. You can always file for your I-485 to any INS service center, based on your present EB-1, EA I-140 approval.

FYI, my I-140 was approved in TSC under EB-1, EA category (self petitioner). After that I moved and submitted my I-485 in NSC with the same approved I-140 petition.

However, pl. feel free to consult a lawyer.

 Hope this helps.
