EB1-EA question

Hi,
I'm trying to prepare material to self-file I-140 for EB1-EA.

a) I have some letters from 2005 obtained for my EB2-NIW application. Can I use the same letters?

b) Those letters do mention the words "national interests" in context of my background/training/experience/work description but do not specifically state that the letter is for a "National Interest Waiver" app.

If any of you have done a successful EB1-EA self filing and have a complete application in .pdf format and are willing to share the same, I would be very grateful.......just so that I can get an idea of the sequence/format for documents. I have some idea already, but it will be great to be able to see a complete app.

Tricky question... Are these letters dated? If not dated, you could probably use them. If dated, I am worried that someone may issue an RFE or so. But if you have nothing to loose, give it a shot.

Please search the archives. Most questions are already answered on this forum. You can use old letters too but they should not be too old. Some lawyers will tell you 6 months but I have seen people using old letters than 6 months and still getting approved.
