Hi guys,

I am wondering the chance of getting approval if I e-file my EB1 EA petition at TSC. I would like to hear your opinion on this.

The following is my background:

PhD in biological science from Foreign country , 5 years' postdoc in USA;

2 professional memberships including ASBMB;

2 travel awards from professional conferences during postdoc; and several scholarships during PhD;

6 english papers with 30 citations (I.F. under 6); 1 manuscript; 4 meeting presentations/abstracts; 7 papers in foreign language (with 30 citations by papers in the same language); I am the first author of almost all the papers and abstracts;

1 foreign patent on PhD study (second author, first author is my PI);

8 strong support letters (6 of them are from either my bosses or bosses' collaberators).

The points in red are sellable for EB-1A

YOU CAN TRY AFRINED WHO IS SITTING IN SOME OTHER COUNTRY. MAYBE 1 LETTER FROM YOUR ANY OF THE BOSSES WHICH FEEL ARE STROGEST, NOT MORE THAN 1. TRY TO GET LETTERS FROM PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW YOUR PROFESSIONALLY OR THOSE WHERE IT IS NOT EVIDENT THEAT THEY KNOW YOU. gET MORE LETTERS AND try to claim as many points as possible, dont just stick to 3 as they mention in their form. I have seen more and more people being asked to prove their abilities on more than 3 points.
