this is a separate thread to sort out how many 1-2 years old EB1 cases are still pending with USCIS ? I am one of the unfortunate one whose case is pending with TSC since NOV 2006. Initially, due to name check now god knows why ? Got a response from FBI againt a letter to F. Lady and learnt the name ck was settled and fwded to USCIS on NOV 2007. Six months over since then no response from USCIS yet. Attny. is asking $5K for law suit, don't know what to do ?
If any one with similar/earlier time range is still waiting please share your experience. Thanks
