I need some opinion about my I-140 case which I plan to apply soon.
I am potdoc in a well known institute, have 10 publications in topmost journals in biological sciences, have > 240 citations , have review and news views article on my paper, am a member of AACR.
Do you think I can try EB1-EA as that seems to be current or EB2 is the best for me in which case I will have to wait till my PD becomes current.
I have received reco letters (12, 6 known , 6 unknown) from experts, can I make a copy of those and submit two I-140's in either category?
What other documents will I need?
