one more question: I am planning to send out my I-140 with PP for EB1-EA, and I thought that I needed to indicate on that form if I plan to do consular processing for the I-485 or apply for an adjustment of status. Is this correct? I do not see any such question on the I-140.
Does this mean that I simply submit the I-140 application, and once I get the results, I can then decide about which way to go with the I-485?
I do not want to postpone things, and I heard that consular processing would be quicker. Is there PP for I-485 as well?
