EB1-EA I-140: Which forms are needed besides I-140

Hello

I am filing for I-140 under EB1-EA. At this time I am not considering concurrent filing. From what I have gathered, I only need to submit I-140 form alongwith all the supporting documents. However, somewhere I came across posts mentioning about the form ETA-750B, which seems to be some kind of labor certication form. Does it apply to EB1-EA?

form ETA-750B is NOT required for a EB1-EA petition. you have all the correct forms and documents already. good luck.
